So recently I made a big mistake which at first I thought someone has accessed my nominet account but then looking at it when going to transfer a domain the buyer wanted to use another email address so when I went to cancel the transfer I pressed the other button in turn cancelling the domains so now I call up nominet and ask if they can help they said no we cant that’s it its in a cue to delete.
The issue here was I had sold the domain name but still no we cant help its in a cue to delete the very confusing buttons both say cancel not delete cancel ie cancel domains or cancel transfer which can be confusing.
So when you think because your a member and the shit hits the fan when something major goes wrong dont think they will always help.
